Scott Bartels, founder of element™ llc. As a general contractor in Fort Myers, Florida for more than 35 years, Scott is focused on the development and advancement of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), an energy-efficient, strong, and durable alternative to conventional methods of space enclosure.
A Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), Scott founded Florida Allternative Building Systems, Inc. (FABS), an element builder™ providing construction services and training to other contractors for the installation of element building products.
Authorized Builders
element llc goes beyond design, fabrication, and materials supply to provide installation training for builders and contractors. From instructions on job-site receiving and materials handling, to manpower needs and the use of proprietary tools for SIPs builds, the element team works with builders to give them the know-how and skills to deliver quality, performance, and exceptional results with every SIPs job.
